Seasonal Visitor Services Assistants

QUAD is known for its warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. We are looking for people interested in helping to deliver this on a flexible ad-hoc basis (zero hours contract) as part of the team in the following role:

Seasonal Visitor Services Assistant (Cinema Usher & Gallery Invigilator) – working within the QUAD cinema and gallery spaces where you will focus on providing a positive, proactive and friendly welcome to visitors and oversee all aspects of audience activity.

Approachable, flexible and engaging, you need to possess excellent communication skills whilst being committed to working in the arts. A customer-focussed approach and experience of working with the public is essential.

Hourly Rate: between £6.90 and £9.20 per hour (depending on age)

Due to licensing laws within our cinema we can only accept applications for these roles from those aged 18 and over.
