Studio/gallery space to rent

I have recently graduated from DMU in Leicester and I’m starting my practise as an artist and sculptor in Tur Langton Leicestershire.

I have a large studio space in my garden which could easily house 4 artists, there is enough room for teaching space and I intend to run workshops. We would each be allocated 1 – ( 2 if weekend) days per month to run our own workshops. My plan is to work for 6 – 9 months and hold an exhibition in the gallery space after that time.
