The National Gallery is looking for a User Experience Researcher as part of its Data & Insight team within the Digital department. The National Gallery houses a collection of the world’s greatest paintings, expertly cared for and displayed in the heart of London.
The User Researcher joins a Data Analyst and the Senior Manager: Data & Insight to support the Gallery in making data-informed decisions through audience research and insight. This role is primarily responsible for designing and carrying out user research across all channels in the Gallery as well as online.
Please note this job is fixed term for up to 12 months as a maternity cover role.
