What is WebinArt?

WebinArt is Creative Leicestershire’s flagship one-year Professional Development Programme for early career artists and creatives. We collaborate with experienced industry professionals and mentors, online and in-person, to help creative start-up’s like yours navigate their way to confidence and success.

Now approaching the second round of the WebinArt Programme following a successful pilot, we’re inviting applications for our next cohort of up-and-coming creative entrepreneurs.

The programme includes –

12 engaging specialist webinars led by knowledgeable industry experts. Subjects are to be confirmed, but will cover topics such as audience identification and development, finance and funding, productivity, product development, marketing, collaboration, events and workshops, pricing, routes to market and legal matters.

3 1-2-1 bespoke mentoring sessions with an assigned knowledgeable mentor over the course of the programme.

6 live web-interviews with inspiring internationally renowned artists.

Online peer-to-peer support via our closed Facebook group and in-person networking.

Who are we looking for?

Early career Leicestershire-based creatives from a wide variety of disciplines (including but not restricted to visual art, design, photography, literature and performance.)

You will be just starting out, with no more than 3 years running your business.

You won’t currently be in (or have plans to be in) full-time education in 2019.

You will be keen to receive guidance, knowledge and support from more experienced individuals, and focussed on developing and growing your business.
