Operations Manager, Flatpack Projects

This opportunity comes at an exciting time in the organisation’s growth, as we mark Flatpack’s tenth edition and embark on a new region-wide audience development project in partnership with the British Film Institute. Creative flair and organisational effectiveness go hand in hand, and in a small core team the role of Operations Manager is crucial in putting our long-term vision into action, maintaining the financial and organisational stability of Flatpack Projects, and ensuring the smooth running of our events.

Objectives
• To ensure that the delivery of Flatpack’s festival and year-round activities are supported through operational excellence;
• To underpin the ongoing development of Flatpack Projects with detailed financial planning, effective management and robust governance;
• To support the Director and Programmer in securing the funds and partnerships necessary to achieving the programme.
