Learning & Participation Manager

mac birmingham is an exciting, ambitious and award winning arts centre which offers a wide array of free exhibitions, theatre, music and comedy performances, plays for children and families, literature and poetry events, creative learning and participation activities and a lively cinema. Well loved and well used, it’s a relaxed friendly place, with a café and lively bar, attracting a diverse mix of users.

The Learning & Participations Manager will work closely with the Creative and Partnerships Director to meet the creative planning, programming, co-ordination and support needs of the Producers for mac‘s learning and participation work in and across artistic genres through in-house courses and independent and programme related learning activities, and through outreach and community development programmes. This includes working across Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Next Generation, Cinema and screen based projects and events.
