The Lady Bay Arts Trail is a unique contemporary arts trail organised entirely by volunteers giving opportunities to local and regional artists and designers. Held in Nottinghamshire, the arts trail is a non-profit community arts event that promises to be rich in art and entertainment every year.
The Trail was founded in 1995 as a platform to highlight the superb creative talent the East Midlands and its surroundings had to offer. Now in its 24th year the arts trail is a firm date in all creatives diaries and is solely run by volunteers who are also practicing professional creatives.
So what makes us different? Every year we start from scratch. We look for new talent from all areas of the creative arts industry and invite the best to exhibit. We handpick venues and hosts that are great to work with. Needless to say we like to enjoy ourselves too, so we select musicians and dancers as well as independent food and drink specialists to enhance the public’s experience of what a great arts trail should be.
