Taking ideas from Laura McCafferty’s vibrant exhibition, Drapes in the Angear Visitor Centre, work with the artist to rip apart and sew together textiles. Cloth will be cut into strips and knotted, woven and wrapped to create colourful, tactile surfaces. Through the use of fabric manipulation you will create a personal wall-hanging with an experimental surface. All materials provided. Beginners welcome.
