Visitor Services Officer

QUAD is an international centre for engagement in contemporary art and film, presenting both a local, national and international programme with a reputation for digital and creative media.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Visitor Services Officer to join the team. Adaptable to new systems and challenges, you will support the Visitor Services Manager in developing and improving QUAD customer service standards, assist with management of the day-to-day delivery of the box office function and provide administrative support.

Having already worked in a customer service environment, you will be experienced in using admin and reporting systems. You will have a clear understanding of customer care principles and excellent communication skills. Flexible, organised and able to prioritise tasks, you will be able to handle people & situations with diplomacy & tact.

Part-time: 15 hours per week
Fixed Term: 6 Months
Salary: £18,000 pro rata
Start date: February 2021
