We all hear a lot about immersive tech, but what does that actually mean? Sure, you’ve heard of virtual reality, and probably augmented reality, but that’s only a small part of a broad area of technology.

This workshop aims to familiarise attendees with the terminology, some light theory, and a whole toybox of state of the art technologies that might excite, inspire or terrify you.

From sensors to sensorimotor interfaces, from haptics to holograms, this session will get you up to speed on “immersive tech”.
