This relaxed dance class focuses on posture, strength, co-ordination and balance for people living with Parkinson’s, their family and carers. Classes begin seated, later moving to standing and travelling exercises. The whole class can be done seated if desired and adaptations are offered throughout to suit different individuals.
Join us after the session for refreshments.
No experience necessary, please wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
