Tarpey Gallery is proud to present ‘Colour and Monochrome’, featuring work by Nina Archer, Theadora Ballantyne-Way, Tom Cartmill, Claire Chandler, Peggy Cozzi, Joy Gosney, Jemma Gunning, Julie Leach, Clare Phelan, Lucy Stevens, Christopher Tansey, Anna Turner, Angela Verdon and Elizabeth Walker.

Color and monochrome are two sides of the same coin, each with its own unique characteristics. This exhibition seeks to explore the relationship between colour and monochrome, showcasing a variety of works by 14 UK artists.

This will be a diverse exhibition in terms of both media and subject matters with 2 distinct and contrasting aesthetic styles complementing and accentuating each other in order to offer our visitors an interesting approach to forming a collection of work.
