Celebrate trees this November by taking part in Into The Woods, an art for wellbeing challenge for you to try from home in your own time. November’s the time of year when trees stand out the most, as they tint glowing colours and cast off their leaves – no wonder it’s when Tree Week takes place every year.

On alternate days through the month (so every other day), you’ll receive an art idea by email with example image and guidance, and some thoughts on how trees help wellbeing. There’ll also be a private Facebook group where you can share with other participants (optional).

This challenge will run as part of The Big Draw Festival 2023, with its theme Drawing With Senses – enjoying trees is very multi-sensory. I’ll suggest ways to experience trees across the senses and some tree-themed music to listen to as well.
