Projects Manager, Transported: Creative People and Places

We are seeking to appoint a Projects Manager to contribute to the management of T2 – the second phase of our exciting arts engagement programme – Transported. The successful candidate will work alongside the Transported Directors in the planning, development, delivery and facilitation of this diverse and imaginative arts programme.

Transported is an Arts Council Creative People and Places funded programme which was designed to develop new ways of engaging more people in and empowering them through great arts experiences in areas of least engagement. Transported has spent three years creating excellent art that is appropriate for rural communities, has been determined by local residents and is innovative and cutting edge. T2 seeks to build on the work of the first phase of the programme, by continuing the emphasis on innovative, high quality arts experiences, but concentrating on sustainability within the target communities. The ideal candidate should have some experience in inspiring and motivating people and communities who are not currently engaged in the arts.
