As autumn begins, try a fresh start with a daily creative challenge for wellbeing, for the month of September, combining art and craft. Take part from home in your own time – each day you will receive by email an art or craft idea with an example image to guide you, and there’ll be an optional private Facebook group where you can share and see how others get on too. The ideas will be quick to complete, to fit into your life, and wherever possible I’ll suggest using everyday materials and items. This event is run as part of The Big Draw Festival 2023.

Maybe you love art and craft already, maybe you do one but not the other, or maybe creativity is new to you. Art and craft can really boost mood and wellbeing, so they have to be worth a try!
