This Contemporary dance technique class builds strength, stamina, and coordination with an emphasis on floor work and finding fluidity in movement. Challenging everyone on an individual level, this session is particularly suitable for anyone looking to develop their contemporary dance technique. If you are aged between 11-19yrs, come along and have a go, no experience of contemporary dance necessary.
Classes take place at the Hub in Sleaford. Classes run on Wednesdays 4-5pm.
