About
Come along to Primary for the launch of Ejaradini by the South African artist collaborative MADEYOULOOK! It’s a celebration and ‘Chillas’, with music by Primary resident Tom Harris and a cocktail bar hosted by Bradley Dobb of Bradley Coffee Merchant at Beam.
Ejaradini is a site-specific structural installation featuring archival images, plants, and text panels on the façade of Primary. This exhibition is the first time that Primary has utilised the street-facing outdoor space on the Grade II listed building, visible from Ilkeston Road.
There will be a selection of activities happening throughout the day, take a look below for the full schedule.

Skillshare: Strawberry Cordial
Workshop
1:30pm-3:00pm
FREE EVENT | EVERYONE WELCOME | BOOKING REQUIRED
Learn from Antoinette Thompson how to make homemade strawberry cordial. She will share different recipes and ways to use the syrup as a condiment or ingredient. One bottle has many uses, and it can be diluted with sparkling water for healthy ‘fizz’, or try adding spices and herbs for non-alcoholic drinks. Cordial syrups make amazing toppings for fruit salad, ice cream, or they can be a base for milkshakes and smoothies.
Please email jade@weareprimary.org to book.
