Unify Adults is a creative contemporary dance class open to all adults with a disability and specifically tailored for adults with a learning disability, autism, or both.
The sessions focus on developing participants to become more confident in dance by experimenting with different ways of moving through movement exploration and creative tasks. The classes involve a variety of activities both led by the facilitator and through group/individual creative opportunities.
This programme will culminate in a sharing of the work created over the coming months at our new purpose built dance studio at the Hub, this December.
