Nottingham Lakeside Arts is the University of Nottingham’s richly diverse public arts and heritage programme which complements the University’s commitment to excellence in teaching, research and public engagement. Over 200,000 people annually engage with Lakeside’s programme including University staff and students, the general public and special interest groups.
The Arts Administrator will support three members of Lakeside’s Leadership Team in the delivery of Lakeside’s programme. They will have strong administrative, organisational and planning skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and will thrive in a busy open-plan office environment. They will demonstrate initiative and be able to develop good working relationships with all of Lakeside’s stakeholders, including artists. An ability to read music is essential.
This permanent post is full-time (36.25 hours) including evening/weekend work for which time in lieu will be granted. Job share arrangements may be considered.
