Arts Development Manager

North Lincolnshire Council is recruiting an Arts Development Manager to join our innovative Culture and Creative Partnerships team to drive forward our ambitions to make North Lincolnshire a leading area for arts and culture.

Our ideal candidate will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for the arts including dance, film, music, spoken word, theatre, outdoor arts, the visual arts and community co-curation. You will have a proven track record of successfully applying for funding and then delivering major projects and events.

You must be able to advocate for the arts and build positive relationships with diverse communities and stakeholders.

You will enjoy working collaboratively and also using your own initiative. As a talented and focused project manager you will be able to lead high quality programmes in multiple art forms and manage competing deadlines.

An excellent working knowledge of health and safety and safeguarding is essential to this post.

North Lincolnshire is a rural area with picturesque villages and an urban centre with a number of award winning cultural venues including 20-21 Visual Arts Centre, North Lincolnshire Museum and Normanby Hall Country Park.
