Assistant Director of Marketing & Sales

The Assistant Director of Marketing & Sales will be primarily responsible for:

–  Contributing to the organisation’s strategic and operational plans, leading on the marketing and communication strategy

–  Devising and implementing strategic marketing plans for all aspects of Compton Verney’s cultural programme and commercial activities

–  Planning and co-ordinating all marketing at Compton Verney, to support all income streams, ensuring maximum reach and cost-effective delivery

–  Developing new ways of reaching new and existing audiences, and new ways of attracting visitors to site

–  Ensuring that the whole organisation is aware of, and (where appropriate) participates in, marketing activities, campaigns and events
