BACKLIT and QUAD funded studio residency for a neurodivergent creative

BACKLIT and Derby QUAD are partnering to offer a funded studio residency for a neurodivergent creative in 2023.

The selected artist will receive a studio space and professional development support from September 2023 to March 2024. The aim is to help early career artists facing barriers due to their neurodivergent condition to develop their practice.

The opportunity is open to Nottingham, Nottinghamshire or Derbyshire based artists.

The deadline for applications is August 29, 2023, and interviews will be conducted on September 1, 2023.
