The Community Engagement Co-ordinator will assist the staff team, and associated artists, freelance staff and community groups, on a range of projects in Wellingborough. They will lead on engagement with the local community, especially those who are least likely to engage with traditional cultural activities.
Hours: To be negotiated. We are looking for someone to do between 22 and 37.5 hours per week (flexible to include evenings and weekends when required)
Location: Wellingborough (office location tbc). Given the current situation, it is likely that the post holder will begin employment working from home.
Salary: £23,000 pa (pro-rata if part-time)
Start Date: September 2020
