Finance Assistant

The Finance Assistant is responsible for the financial administration of S1 Artspace. Ensuring the accuracy of financial information, compliance with relevant legislation and best practice, and developing and implementing financial procedures. The Finance Assistant will work closely with the Director who has overall financial management responsibility and the Capital Project Manager who leads on S1’s capital development plans.

This position of Finance Assistant at S1 Artspace is part-time: 1 day per week, or 8 hours with flexibility on days. The contract is fixed-term (6 months), with view to make permanent. The probationary period is three months, after which employees are eligible for auto-enrolment in S1 Artspace’s workplace pension scheme. In addition to bank/public holidays, employees are entitled to statutory annual leave (pro rata).
