Jewellery Artist Tutor

We are recruiting tutors to teach termly courses from June 2016 to July 2017 as below.  This covers a 6 week half term and 3 x 12 week terms in the new academic year commencing in September 2016. Each term has a one week break in the middle for half-term. There are currently four courses with vacancies. Fuller descriptions of the courses below are on our website. You can apply for any of these courses plus any additions you wish to suggest if you have a specific idea for a new course.

Jewellery: Open Studio – Thursdays 10am-12:30pm starting Thursday 9 June

Jewellery: Open Studio – Tuesdays 6.30-9.00pm starting Tuesday 7 June

These are advanced level courses for students who wish to work on their own projects and are mostly able to work independently but still require the input, support and guidance of the Artist Tutor.

Jewellery Making – Thursdays 7-9pm starting Thursday 9 June

Jewellery Making – Tuesdays 1-3.30pm starting Tuesday 7 June

These are beginners/improvers courses that teach metal working skills to design and produce jewellery pieces in copper and silver. You should be able to teach in a mixed ability class comprising of complete beginners and some students who have existing jewellery making experience.
