Landscape Manager

We are seeking a Landscape Manager to join the team at Compton Verney.

The Landscape Manager brings creativity, attention to detail and pragmatism to the development and interpretation of 120 acres of Capability Brown parkland – our largest work of art. On a day to day basis, they are responsible for the operational management of the landscape, supervision of staff, contractors and volunteers to ensure that appropriate horticultural standards are maintained safely. This includes a historic tree collection, wildflower meadows, grassland and our Forest School site. In addition, they will share their knowledge and passion with both colleagues and a diverse range of visitors through project leadership, interpretation, events and activities. The Landscape team is part of the Creative & Engagement department which works across learning, art and landscape to welcome and inspire all.
