Kirklees Museums and Galleries www.kirklees.gov.uk/museums has been awarded National Lottery Heritage Funding for “Bringing out the Best: A bright new future for Kirklees Heritage”. The funding is part of the NLHF’s Resilient Heritage programme.
As part of the project, Kirklees Museums and Galleries are now looking to commission a Public Engagement Consultant/Company to work closely with us to carry out a range of engagement and research to understand the ambitions and aspirations of specific audiences within Kirklees. This work will complement other public engagement activity and will inform visioning and master planning for heritage throughout Kirklees including a proposed new Huddersfield Museum and Art Gallery.
We are looking for a Consultant or a Company/Consortium with a proven track record in public engagement, research and surveys with a good knowledge of the cultural and heritage sector. We expect a mixed, creative and flexible approach to the engagement which can respond to the changing situation surrounding Covid 19.
