Made in Corby is a programme of new arts activities focussing on working with local communities, artists, arts and voluntary organisations, businesses and the public in Corby to ensure that the arts are at the heart of positive change in the town and the borough. Living Legends: Hidden Histories is an exhibition that aims to uncover the hidden stories of Corby and reflect the changing population of the town. Taking inspiration from the ‘Humans of New York’ social media campaign, the exhibition will feature local people who have an extraordinary story to tell; an incredible experience, an uncelebrated achievement or a surprising fact about their life. The project is about reflecting the diversity of Corby and discovering the new story of our community.

This project is made possible thanks to funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund.

We are looking for a storyteller/creative arts practitioner to facilitate on our Family Day as part of this exhibition. We would like the workshops to accessible to all ages, be fun and engaging. The sessions will be drop-in and happen at times to be arranged throughout the day.
