Watercolour Tutor / Centre Manager

COEA is a small charity  operating from rented premises in Hampton in Arden (West Midlands).  We offer tuition to adults, either weekly, or in one off workshops, in watercolours, oils and acrylics. We are looking for two posts, but these could be combined.

1. A water colour tutor, initially to work one morning session of 4 hours at £25 per hour.
2. In addition, our Centre Manager is retiring in June 2021 and we seek a replacement for this job which currently occupies about 1 day per week.  This is an administrative role which is overseen by a Board of Trustees. As there are some onsite functions, applicants would need to live within travelling distance of Hampton in Arden.  Duties are flexible and can be negotiated with the current Centre Manager. Rates pro rata are negotiable around £30k per year. (i.e. currently £8k per annum).

The Centre is currently experiencing some financial difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but is still functioning and looking to the future.
