Working closely with the Head of Public Engagement, the Learning and Engagement Manager will be responsible for the day to day management and delivery of Learning and Engagement at the Barber, ensuring that the Barber retains and extends its reputation for excellence and innovation in this area. You will manage, develop and evaluate the Barber’s formal and informal Learning and Engagement programmes in line with the Barber’s mission, revised Audience Development Plan and prospective new Public Engagement Strategy.
