Young Advocates Co-ordinator

QUAD is a Cinema, Gallery, Café Bar, Digital resource and Workshop that anyone can use.
We are a creative hub that connects people and businesses to art and film and create opportunities for entertainment, education and participation. QUAD transforms lives through active participation in art and film.

We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Co-ordinator to support QUAD’s Young People’s programme in a part time capacity.

The role is to coordinate QUAD’s Young Advocates group for ages 16-25. The group works with members of staff and artists to understand, feedback on and promote QUAD’s programme. The group will review our programme of film and exhibitions, help us to curate artwork and parts of our programme activity aimed at other young people, and advocate and promote our programme to other young people through their own peer and social media networks. The role will also provide some logistical support to QUAD’s Young Creatives Coordinator.

Hours: Up to 3.75 hours (half day) per week / 7.5hrs (full day) per fortnight, to be worked flexibly
Contract/term: One year, to be reviewed annually
Salary: £10.61 per hour
