We’re looking for 2 creative, target-driven, commercial marketing leads who have experience in digital marketing and are a specialist in delivering customer acquisition campaigns and activity to support membership/visitor retention. Ideally you will have a background of working within the fitness/leisure/heritage/library industry or have worked as part of a customer-focused marketing team in a sales-driven environment. You will have hands-on experience planning, executing and evaluating integrated multi-channel campaigns.
You will work collaboratively with key colleagues across the business, the marketing team and external agencies to deliver always-on marketing activity to drive performance against the business plan objectives. You will work on overarching digital transformation projects to improve customer experience, drive efficiencies and increase revenue, such as the on-going development of evaluation tools and rebrand projects.
