ACAVA operates from its purpose-built accessible offices, studios and community workshop in North Kensington. We have established strong relationships with the diverse communities in the area over the past twenty years. Located close to Grenfell Tower, we support local people, community groups, third sector and voluntary organisations to provide artistic opportunities to memorialise and recover from the Grenfell Tower fire.
We also deliver a range of arts related services and programmes, including: professional development; exhibitions; talks; residencies; commissioning and consultancy.
We are seeking a highly organised, composed and confident Office Manager to join the friendly team based at our head office. You will be joining the organisation during an exciting period of change and this role is critical to the implementation of new office and management processes that will help streamline the busy workloads of colleagues and support them in the delivery of an ambitious new vision. As the organisation evolves, it will nurture a culture of support and collaboration and you will be encouraged to bring energy and ideas to this process.
The Office Manager has wide ranging responsibilities and is an essential connection between our teams and the different aspects of the organisation. Beyond day to day office management, the role offers the opportunity to influence the important internal and external communications needs of ACAVA. The important PA responsibilities mean working closely with, and directly supporting, the CEO as they focus on strategic relationships, organisational development and governance. Therefore, discretion and confidentiality and are essential qualities.
