An exhibition of work by Derbyshire-based painter Geoff Machin painter whose long, renowned and illustrious career in hard edged abstraction is a celebration of the language of British abstract painting.

Geoff Machin is a painter with a renowned and illustrious career in hard edged abstraction, exhibiting in many major public galleries. His work is intuitively enjoyable and beautiful, as well as having much to say about – and in – the language of British abstract painting. His paintings and paper works are intricately constructed with colourful step-back compositions and a hallucinatory level of precision and skill.
