AA2A placements for Creatives

AA2A and its host universities are offering around 50 placements, giving artists and designer-makers the opportunity to undertake a period of research or realise a project using art college facilities e.g. workshops, IT facilities, lending library and lecture programme. AA2A schemes aim to benefit students and institutions through their interaction with practising artists.

University of Sunderland, York St John University, Blackpool School of Arts, University of Leeds, University of Central Lancashire (Preston), University of Chester, Staffordshire University (Stoke), Loughborough University, Anglia Ruskin University (Cambridge), Buckinghamshire New University (High Wycombe)

In exchange for access to facilities, AA2A artists are asked to propose ways in which their presence will benefit students, e.g. technical demonstrations, talks etc. Artists would not be asked to do this more than three times during their placement.
