Amy Kent – Head of Art and Antiques at eBay UK

Since 2022 Amy has led the Art and Antiques category at eBay UK, focusing on building the strategy for the category across the UK. In 2023 she created and implemented the Direct from the Artist programme, to empower established and aspiring artists by equipping them with essential knowledge, skills and support to sell their original artworks successfully on eBay. Amy was previously at Christie’s Auction House, where she led the Top Client Engagement team focusing on client development and strategy.

Sanjukta Sen – Small Medium Business (SMB) Lead at eBay UK

Sanjukta has been at eBay for nearly 3 years. In her current position, she is the program lead for Small Medium Businesses, whereby she is responsible for building systems, partnerships and growth programmes for SMBs. Sanjukta led the team that created the year-long eBay Business Roadshow, where eBay hosted 12 pop-up events and 12 locations across the UK, delivering workshops, networking sessions and grant packages to thousands of small business owners. Outside of her day job, she sits on eBay’s DE&I team and is passionate about championing young voices in the business.
