Marketing Officer at Attenborough Arts Centre

Attenborough Arts Centre is part of the University of Leicester which is ranked amongst the top 100 global universities. Currently part of the Arts Council England’s prestigious National Client Portfolio we are an award-winning centre with a growing reputation for our inclusive arts programme.

We are at an exciting watershed in our development with a brand new gallery of contemporary art now open to complement our yearlong programme of performances, courses and community activities. With a year on year growth in visitors we now welcome 90,000 people from across Leicester/shire. 7 days a week.

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial marketing officer to join our small marketing team consisting of a part time Audience Development Officer and Marketing Assistant, You will lead on the promotion of our paid events, supervise our print and press campaigns and build up our relationships with local and national media..

You will be a confident and skilled copy writer with excellent proof reading and a flair for communication. Passionate about the arts you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in working with the media, to tight deadlines and budgets reaching new audiences and bulding loyal customers, evidenced by robust data capture.
