Audience Benchmarking

In 2020 the Audience Agency, CVAN South East and CVAN East Midlands set up Audience Finder Benchmarking Groups in each region and a wider Benchmark Network across both areas to facilitate greater learning, peer support and knowledge exchange to build expertise on data collection and understanding. Conversations are ongoing and work has shifted due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, meaning that the ways in which organisations across both regions engage with audiences changed rapidly and continues to shift.

By the end of the project the two regional groups will have been brought together 6 times across the benchmark year to discuss across the two groups the approaches and challenges and gather peer feedback and insight.
