Surface is proud to present Æsthetics and Resiliency, the debut United Kingdom exhibition by groundbreaking American artist Alt Proc.

Renowned for pioneering a never-before-seen approach to alternative process photography, Alt Proc’s large-scale portraits illuminate the strength and dignity of under-advantaged individuals across the United States. Through a fusion of experimental technique and raw human storytelling, Æsthetics and Resiliency offers a powerful visual dialogue on endurance, identity, and the beauty found in struggle—marking a bold transatlantic moment in contemporary photographic art.

Æsthetics and Resiliency opens in the Main Gallery. As always, there will be a donation bar with ales from local brewery, Pheasantry.
