Our Clay Day is a free interactive drop-in workshop. Make sculptures to feature in our new exhibition and then take home. Get your creative fix through making tiles, ornaments, models and everything in between using nature as your inspiration and air-dry clay and plasticine as your material. Why not collaborate with us in bringing this new exhibition to life? All levels of experience are welcome – from young to old. Our shop and bar will also be open.

Our Clay Day is a part of ‘A Mountain is A Mountain’ is a three-part project about humans and nature. This summer Modern Painters, New Decorators will be running clay workshops, touring artworks to a sculpture park and hosting an exhibition in their gallery. The project is by Modern Painters, New Decorators, commissioned by Collective Matter and funded by Arts Council England.
