“I’m not even suppose to be here today!” The anguished cry of convenience store clerk Dante (Brian O’Halloran) sounded the siren for an eventful day in the life of a Jersey clerk. Beset by a steam of eccentric customers, his old girlfriend (Lisa Spoonauer), his new girlfriend (Marilyn Ghigliotti), his customer unfriendly colleague Randal (Jeff Anderson), a pair of drug dealers Jay and Silent Bob (Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith) parked outside the shop and a dead guy in the bathroom, today is not going to be Dante’s day.
