Light/Shadow: Exhibition by Lorena Lees, Beth Graham, Hannah Stanley, Isaac Skelton, Kay Wang, Livvy A, Lucia Baylis-Martinez, Rebecca Matthews, Caitlin Binks, and Holly Eggleston
A collection of work by the students at Loughborough University. Working from sculpture, textiles, painting and audio-visual work, the group collaborated on the shared theme and curated their work with extreme lighting to explore and play with shadow.

Different art forms, including painting, installation and live performance, explore the ideas of manifestation through diverse themes, including the uncanny, chance, memory, grief, gender and queer identity. Fearon Hall is wheelchair friendly at ground level – access through the door facing the Parish Green. Second-floor access by stairs and single chair lift (sitting only).

Working with textiles, text, sculpture and audio-visual work, the group challenge societal norms and taboos around gender and grief, exploring, playing, and revelling in the dis/comfort. The gallery is located on Pearce Square. It is directly opposite Cope Auditorium, which is next to Loughborough College.

Our Common Mercies: Group Exhibition and Project Space
Influenced by the signs and symbols of markets, shops and civic centres, the gallery will become a space to celebrate collective making and hospitality, featuring prints, videos, textiles and furniture. Across the night, we’ll host drop-in block printing activities. Visitors can enter via the George Yard entrance, with improved access for wheelchair users with a threshold ramp.
