About

Award winning contemporary artist, Connie Liebschner, will be showing an exciting new selection of her digital and traditional screen printed works for a limited period in Derby this Christmas.

Liebschner, a recent graduate from Loughborough, has received numerous awards and accolades for her stunning and intriguing prints. Working with new digital as well as hand printed media, she captures fleeting moments, feelings and atmospheres in a medium more often associated with traditional scenes and objects. Her work is unique, beautiful and ultimately accessible, and has received numerous prestigious awards for its commercial and domestic potential.

Liebschner has received a scholarship from Leicestershire Print Workshop and is currently exhibiting selected works in their P2P exhibition in Leicester. Earlier this summer her work was highly acclaimed at The Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London and she has recently completed a residency at Surface Gallery, Nottingham. Her work has been sold internationally and a selection of prints is part of the Loughborough University permanent collection.
