Syson Gallery is delighted to host Nine Painters, comprising recent work by Gabriella Boyd, Sean Cummins, Richard Kenton Webb, Selma Parlour, Stephen Chambers, Mali Morris, Steph Goodger, Eleanor Bartlett, Michael Simpson.
This broad survey of painters has been compiled by recent John Moores Painting Prize judge, Richard Davey, and spans work by Royal Academicians to more recently emerging artists in the field. With a considered look at the raw ingredients of painting, this exhibition unashamedly embraces a passion in materials and mark making – evoking landscape and line from colour, pattern and form.

The exhibition continues until 6 May, 2017. Gallery hours are 12-5pm Wednesdays – Saturdays. Or by appointment with the gallery.
