VAA Art Café featuring Gita Joshi  – Empowering Artists in Self-Representation

Join our FREE online Art Café event with Gita Joshi, author of ‘Show Your Art: How to Build an Art Career without a Gallery’.  Learn the tools of how to succeed in self-representation Thursday 27th May at 2pm.  Gita is an independent curator trained in Central St Martins, an award winning art dealer, author and artist coach. She is also the host of The Curator’s Salon – a podcast and website focussing on the art world with advice for early and mid-career artists. The art market has changed significantly over the past year and this session will help artists of all levels to pivot their art practice, covering:

-Self representation, how to build an art career on your own terms

-Reaching new audiences & art buyers

-Opportunities in a post-Covid art world
