We are looking for two skilled individuals to join our passionate team and work with us as part of the Creative and Digital Industries D2N2 Consortium (Big House) for increased SME Competiveness. Both roles are part funded by the European Regional Development Fund and will play a key part in shaping, supporting and growing the creative/digital sector in Derby and Derbyshire.
CDI – Membership & Marketing Manager
You will have overall responsibility for CDI in Derby’s marketing, acting as brand guardian you will grow the CDI network membership and be responsible for all press relations locally and nationally.
You will have proven experience implementing and delivering a marketing strategy. You will have excellent knowledge of the local creative business sector and principles of best practice in digital communication.
CDI – Events Manager
You will work alongside the CDI Membership & Marketing Manager and lead the CDI Derby events programme, creating a monthly networking event. You will actively work to promote digital advice, services and activities inside the Big House/D2N2 Consortium.
You will have proven experience in a business engagement and/or event management role. You will have excellent knowledge of the local creative business sector and be skilled in writing and delivering strategy.
For both roles, experience of working in an ERDF funded environment would be advantageous but not essential.
Contract: Fixed-Term 2.5 years
Hours: 18.75 hours (2.5) days per week
Salary: £27,000 pro rata
