Culture Cures Artist Commission

This artist commission opportunity is a Beam project funded by the Culture Cures Creative Partners grant programme delivered by Beam in association with Wakefield Council and selected creative partners. This artist commission is to develop and deliver a series of creative interventions in the Wakefield district in February to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing that appeals (but is not exclusive) to 17-25 year olds.

The aim of the project is to create a dialogue or starting point for residents of Wakefield district to engage with and discuss key themes around mental health to reduce stigma, stimulate discussion and raise awareness of support available.
