Marketing & Fundraising Assistant

New Art Exchange (NAE) is a ground breaking, award winning and internationally recognised arts space in the heart of inner city Nottingham. The venue is dedicated to promoting excellence in contemporary culturally diverse visual arts through exhibitions, events and education initiatives. NAE also has a strong commitment to developing engaging and accessible programmes inspired by the venue’s immediate community.

We are seeking to appoint a creative and energetic Marketing Assistant to support and assist the Marketing and Communications Officer in the promotion of NAE’s venue, exhibitions, and events through the production and distribution of marketing content and provide the Business Development Executive with support for communicating with donors and members through responsible data handling, website development and communications for fundraising campaigns.

You will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual educated to degree level or with at least a year’s experience of working in marketing, communications, design or a related area. You will have experience of creating digital content, proficiency with Social media marketing, including analytics and an interest in arts and culture. Excellent customer care skills are essential. You should be available and willing to work during the day, evenings and weekends.
