Coventry Biennial Ltd is seeking applications from exceptional individuals to support on the planning and delivery of Coventry Biennial 2019.
Coventry Biennial 2019 takes place from the 4th of October through until the 24th of November 2019 with some of our exhibitions remaining open until January 2020. We anticipate that our delivery team will be large, consisting of volunteers, interns, artists and technicians. The successful applicant will work with all of these individuals and our partner organisations, ensuring the smooth running of the festival.
They will assist with managing the volunteers while ensuring that keys, equipment and people are in the right place at the right time.
The successful applicant will additionally provide some general administrative support, ensuring that invoices are paid promptly and that every email is responded to.
The post is initially for 30 days between September and December.

This is a fxed term, freelance post. The successful applicant will be responsible for their own tax and national insurance contributions.
Starting at the beginning of September 2019 and ending December 2019, though the role will require a heavier time commitment in September as we prepare to open the biennial. Additionally, we would encourage the successful applicant to spend 2 paid days with us in August to become familiar with the team and our working practices.
The successful applicant will report to Ryan Hughes, Artistic Director of Coventry Biennial Ltd and will be responsible for designating tasks to an intern
