Open 33 is an annual exhibition held at Leicester Museum & Art Gallery and is open to submissions from East Midlands artists of any experience – from beginners, art enthusiasts and seasoned professionals. Open 33 also accepts artwork from children and young people, making for a truly original and exciting show.
All adult category artworks are for sale to support artists, and a selection of outstanding artworks will be awarded prizes donated by local creative businesses.
A committee of judges, made up of arts professionals and artists, will select an array of artwork, from painting, sculpture, textiles, prints, photography and more, from the submitted entries. The selected artworks will be on display in the Leicester Museum & Art Gallery from Saturday 10 December 2022 – Friday 20 January 2023.
